Located on Sassine square at the heart of Achrafieh, our contract consisted of adding a basement under an existing old early nineteen hundreds building. To that end Fundamentals proceeded with the erection of a new structure inside the existing one laying on new foundations supported by metallic micro piles; then excavated the basement space leaving the whole structure floating on the midair foundations, executed the basement and demolished all temporary structures.
