Located in Hadath Baabda region, this project consists of twelve, ten
storey buildings totalizing 200 residential units, with an underground
independent parking building taking over 300 Cars and a commercial 2000
m² building.
The main challenge was the execution of one storey per day including
heavy reinforced shear walls and cores. That was accomplished through an
intelligent program based on rotating specialized teams and, high
capacity tower cranes coverage.
