FUNDAMENTALS ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING is a limited liability company that undertakes, building projects from excavation to turnkey projects.

Established in 1992, FUNDAMENTALS has executed since, over 200,000 m2 of buildings in Beirut and its suburbs, for a turn over of more than US $ 60 Million.

Our accreditation as 1st class contractors with the ministry of public works entitles us to bid for the largest building projects in the public sector.

Works conducted by our experienced engineers range from design and shop drawing, surveying, excavations, steel works, concrete works, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sanitary and all types of finishing including fine woodworks and various decorative works.

FUNDAMENTALS has also forged a way in the rehabilitation of ancient and historical buildings, it has accomplished the restoration and renovation of some Lebanese traditional villas with both respect to Archeological and historical values.
