Located inside SOLIDERE this project consisted of the complete renovation of a 19th century Beiruty villa; Where Fundamentals had to reinforce the existing structure through a lengthy and delicate underpinning task. We had also to add a structure at the place of the old one lost in the last earthquake then we had to execute the finishing with complete respect to the historical value of the building and with compliance to the famous French architect Jacques Garcia directives.
